Manager Essentials Workshops

A suite of knowledge, skills and behavioural development workshops which will equip your managers, and aspiring managers, to build their confidence to lead, motivate and manage a team.  The content is customised to meet the needs of your business and will include key management skills e.g. coaching, conflict resolution, leadership styles, team dynamics and delegation skills.

These can be offered as either a stand-alone workshop or as a programme of Manager Essentials Modules tailored to the learning needs of the participants and the goals of your organisation.  They can be delivered as half-day or 1-day workshops and scheduled to fit with your operational requirements. 

 

These workshops include a variety of developmental activities and theoretical models, but emphasis is placed on practical application and honing skills and behaviours to start to use on day 1 when the participants return to work. 

The workshop can be complemented with on-line eLearning modules, for the participants to use as a refresher or further on-going development.
